By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

2.1 Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age; that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Amendments to Terms

pike luck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players by email at the address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications may be updated without advance notice. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page, dated with the effective date at the top of the document.

2.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.

2.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pike luck with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter.

To access the full range of services available on the pike luck Platform — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player Account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals across Bangladesh.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pike luck, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pike luck is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on pike luck or under any exclusion arrangement that would bar you from accessing the Platform.
• You must not have had an Account previously closed by pike luck for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout the life of your Account.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pike luck reserves the right to close all but the first-registered account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any bonus funds associated with those accounts.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid mobile number associated with a Bangladeshi mobile banking service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). pike luck may request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money laundering compliance, pike luck requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. pike luck will never ask you to provide your password by email, phone, or any channel other than the login screen on the Platform itself. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

All financial transactions on pike luck are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pike luck supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We do not currently support international card payments or bank wire transfers for retail players.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit, though individual payment method limits set by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay will apply.
• Deposits are credited to your Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your pike luck Account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned to the source, minus any processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• pike luck does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–4 hours of submission during normal operating hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawals from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until all required documentation is received and approved.
• pike luck reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal that triggers AML thresholds or appears unusual relative to a Player's typical activity on the Platform.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on pike luck are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pike luck does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed on the Platform. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in Bangladeshi Taka.

4.4 Refunds

Deposits that have not been used to place any bet or wager may be returned upon request, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Deposits that have been partially or fully wagered are not eligible for refund. In the event of a proven technical error resulting in an incorrect debit from your Account, pike luck will investigate and, where the error is confirmed, restore the affected amount to your Balance within a reasonable timeframe.

pike luck offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this clause, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies to all deposit match bonuses.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times will result in forfeiture of duplicate bonus amounts.
• pike luck reserves the right to change wagering requirements, validity periods, or other bonus terms at any time for future promotions. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pike luck actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; wagering in patterns designed to meet requirements at minimal risk (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same event); using automated tools to wager bonus funds; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, pike luck reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending Account.

5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to Bonus Fund wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements; live casino games (including roulette, blackjack, and baccarat) typically contribute between 10% and 20%; virtual sports and crash games typically contribute 50%. The exact contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the specific promotion terms where applicable.

5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

If you request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your Balance while Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, pike luck may remove the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings prior to processing the withdrawal. You will be notified of this at the time of your withdrawal request.

All bets placed on the pike luck Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event, as well as the general rules set out in this clause. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All sports betting markets are offered in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are determined by the specific market and displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Bets are accepted and confirmed when a Bet Confirmation reference number is issued. Verbal or informal commitments do not constitute a valid bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of pike luck and may be suspended or refused at any time during a live event without notice.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome was already known at the time of placement — whether due to a technical error, delayed data feed, or deliberate exploitation — will be voided and the stake returned.
• Cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, are offered subject to the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the relevant league authority). Abandoned matches will be settled in accordance with pike luck's abandonment rules, available from our support team.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games and slot titles on the Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently by the RNG and cannot be influenced by pike luck or by the Player.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the game system and the outcome recorded. pike luck is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's internet connection, device failure, or mobile network issues.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are awarded as displayed at the time the jackpot is triggered. In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect jackpot figure to be displayed, pike luck reserves the right to pay the correct verified jackpot amount only.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on the basis of insider information relating to the outcome of a sporting event
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against pike luck with a payment provider where no legitimate dispute exists
• Any form of money laundering or use of the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity

7.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Cool-Off Periods: Request a short temporary suspension of your Account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During this period, you will be unable to deposit, place bets, or access promotional offers.
• Session Reminders: Set reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play, prompting you to review your session and decide whether to continue.

pike luck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur, or where required by our legal or regulatory obligations.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct under Clause 6.3
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Account in connection with criminal activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction filed against pike luck without a legitimate basis
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to investigation or dispute) will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon Account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law. Where an Account is closed due to a Terms & Conditions violation, pike luck reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Balance pending investigation.

8.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pike luck shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from Account suspension or closure in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, technical failures, or interruptions to Platform availability.
